Throughout my professional journey, I have held various leadership roles, building and advancing key departments such as Data Management and Biostatistics. In doing so, I was able to significantly contribute to the growth and operational expansion of a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

Working in international environments has strengthened my ability to think across disciplines and to develop practical, solution-oriented strategies – capabilities that I bring to every project.

My passion for training was sparked by a strong desire to convey knowledge in a practical way and to foster professional development. That is why I founded  sino consultancy - with the mission not only to provide advice on conducting clinical trials, but also to act as a partner on equal footing in developing tailored training programs for sustainable knowledge transfer.
